CardLoom asks your students for nothing — no email, no sign-up, no profile on somebody’s server. It runs entirely on the device in front of them, works with the Wi-Fi off, and never sends us a byte. That is the whole privacy story, and it is why getting it into a classroom is usually a short conversation.
There is no student data to review
Most classroom study tools need an account per child, which means a data-protection review, a parental consent process, and a vendor holding records about your students. CardLoom sidesteps all of it by never collecting anything in the first place.
Decks and progress are stored on the device itself. There is no CardLoom server to hold them, no login that can be shared or lost, and no account to delete at the end of the year. If your school needs this in writing for a purchasing or privacy review, ask us and we will put it on paper — and the privacy policy says the same thing in full.
